These terms govern your use of TravelersCopilot. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Description of the service

TravelersCopilot generates a day-by-day trip itinerary based on the destination, dates, budget, and preferences you provide, for a one-time $9 fee per trip. No subscription or account is required to use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the site beyond your own generated itinerary

3. Payment

The $9 fee is charged once per itinerary you request, before it's generated. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card details.

4. Accuracy of itineraries

We aim for every stop in your plan to be accurate at the time it's generated, but places change hours, close, or move without notice. Itineraries are provided as a planning aid, not a guarantee — always confirm details for anything time-sensitive before you go.

5. Third-party links

Your itinerary may include links to third-party sites for booking or more information. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

6. Intellectual property

The TravelersCopilot name, site design, and generated itinerary format are our property. The trip details you submit remain yours — we use them only to generate your itinerary and operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your specific trip.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelersCopilot isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including travel decisions made based on a generated itinerary.

9. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the service for anyone who violates these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TravelersCopilot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
