This policy explains what information TravelersCopilot collects, how it's used, and the choices you have about it.
Information we collect
When you use TravelersCopilot, we may collect:
- Trip details you provide — destination, travel dates, budget, and preferences you enter to generate an itinerary.
- Contact information — your email address, so we can deliver your itinerary and respond if you reach out.
- Payment information — when you pay the $9 fee, payment details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We don't store your full card number.
- Usage and analytics information — we use RudderStack to record how you move through the wizard and draft-review pages (so we know what to fix), Counterscale for basic, aggregate pageview analytics, and GrowthBook to decide which version of a feature you see when we're testing changes. This includes a first-party visitor identifier stored in your browser and, for wizard sessions, a per-tab session identifier.
- Theme preference — whether you've chosen light or dark mode, stored locally in your browser only.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Generate and deliver the itinerary you requested
- Process your one-time payment
- Respond to questions or support requests
- Understand how the site is used, fix problems, and improve it
Sharing your information
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run TravelersCopilot — Stripe to process your $9 fee, Resend to deliver your itinerary and other emails, and RudderStack/Counterscale/GrowthBook for the analytics uses described above — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service.

How long we keep it
We keep trip and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by reaching out through the Contact page.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storing or transmitting data online is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
TravelersCopilot isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
